    This gathering is exclusively for active Summit Virtual Assistants who are currently assigned to a client.

  • Why should I RSVP early?

    Seating is limited to 115 attendees and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all 115 seats have been reserved, registration will close. We encourage you to RSVP as early as possible to secure your spot.

  • What time should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving 30 to 60 minutes before the program begins to allow ample time for check-in and registration.

  • What should I wear?

    Smart casual or semi-formal attire is recommended. Dress comfortably while keeping the cool Baguio weather in mind.

  • Can I bring a guest?

    No. Attendance is limited to Summit VAs only.

  • What can I expect?

    An evening of meaningful conversations, recognition, networking, entertainment, and celebrating the Summit VA Solutions community.

  • What if I can no longer attend?

    If you have already RSVP'd but are unable to attend for any reason, please inform the Summit team immediately.


    Cancellations made after the RSVP deadline require you to find an eligible Summit Virtual Assistant to take your place.


    If you are unable to secure a replacement, you will be responsible for the cost of your reserved seat.
