    This gathering is exclusively for active Summit VA Solutions Virtual Assistants who are currently assigned to a client.

  • Where will the event be held?

    Grand Sierra Pines, Baguio City.

  • When is the event?

    January 17, 2027 | 5:00 PM

  • What time should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving 30 to 60 minutes before the program begins to allow ample time for check-in and registration.

  • What should I wear?

    Smart casual or semi-formal attire is recommended. Dress comfortably while keeping the cool Baguio weather in mind.

  • Can I bring a guest?

    Attendance is limited to invited Summit VA Solutions Virtual Assistants who are currently assigned to an active client.

  • What can I expect?

    An evening of meaningful conversations, recognition, networking, entertainment, and celebrating the Summit VA Solutions community.

  • What if I can no longer attend?

    If you are unable to attend after the RSVP deadline has passed, you must notify the team as soon as possible. You will be required to find an eligible Summit VA Solutions Virtual Assistant to take your place. If a replacement cannot be arranged, you will be responsible for the cost of your reserved seat.
