Balancing Work, Family and Adventure

By: Audith Nizha Gesmundo

It all started six years ago when Boss Deth and Stacy at Summit VA Solutions took a chance on me. Eager to leverage my skills and make a meaningful impact, little did I know that this opportunity that they gave me would not only shape my professional career but also enrich my personal life in ways I could have never imagined!

I am immensely grateful for the opportunities and support I've received from boss Deth, Summit VA Solutions and my clients (Raul, Anna, Brenna & Kim).

Building Trust and Delivering Excellence

From day one, building trust & rapport with my clients have been my top priority. Over the years, I've earned their confidence through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of their needs.

Productivity Secrets and Transformative Experiences

Working from home demands discipline and effective time management. Over time, I've uncovered strategies for staying focused and productive, enabling me to meet deadlines and surpass expectations. Summit VA Solutions has been instrumental, providing tools and support that have significantly enhanced my work-life balance.

Above all, I owe much of my success to my mentor and client, Anna Giorgi, who serves as my inspiration. I deeply admire her generosity with her knowledge, time, and patience in guiding me through challenging tasks. She's understanding of my shortcomings, making her guidance invaluable on my journey.

Balancing Work and Family

One of the greatest joys of being a VA is the flexibility it offers, allowing me to prioritize my family without compromising on professional excellence. I cherish the moments spent with my loved ones, whether it's exploring new places together or simply enjoying quality time at home.

Adulting Wins: Keys, a Roof Over My Head & More!

We have always rented since before I was even born but in 2018, I took a huge leap forward by starting the journey of homeownership & investing in the equity of our own home. It was a dream years in the making, and in 2021, that dream became a reality as me & my family finally moved into our own space.

Recently, I reached another milestone in my journey towards financial independence. From my hard-earned income as a VA at Summit VA Solutions, I proudly made my second big girl purchase—a brand new Toyota car. This purchase represents not just a mode of transportation, but a symbol of dedication and perseverance in my career.

Looking Ahead

This journey is a reminder that with determination and commitment, dreams can become reality. Looking ahead, I am positive about embracing fresh adventures and continuing to create significant impacts in both my professional endeavors and personal life.

Much love,
