As part of our VA screening and hiring process, you are required to submit a video introduction of yourself.

Please follow the guidelines below:

  • The video must be recorded in landscape format.
  • Please do not edit the video. Do not add text overlays, background music, or effects. Our team will handle the editing.
  • Use a clean and professional background. You may use a virtual background if your camera supports it without compromising the quality of the video.
  • Record in a quiet environment where you will not be disturbed.
  • Record in a well-lit environment.
  • The video must be 1 minute to a maximum of 90 seconds long.
  • Avoid jargon, slang, or terms that may not be easily understood. For example, instead of saying "BPO", please say "call center".
  • Speak clearly and confidently.
  • Submit your video through a Google Drive link.

By submitting your video introduction, you acknowledge and agree that the video may be uploaded to our YouTube channel in Private or Unlisted mode strictly for internal hiring and client review purposes only. These videos will NOT be publicly accessible or searchable by the general public.


Your submitted video will only be shared with potential clients as part of the candidate endorsement and review process. The video will not be used for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, or any public promotional content without your separate consent.
