Social Media and Marketing VA
We’re hiring a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing VA to support a luxury Real Estate brand. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for branding, understands social media trends, and knows how to create engaging content. This role includes creating graphics, captions, reels, content calendars, scheduled posts, and managing engagement.
Experience in social media, Canva/design, and video editing is preferred. Real Estate experience is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage monthly social media strategies centered around luxury real estate Design branded graphics for social media posts
- Write engaging captions aligned with the company’s professional branding. Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and lifestyle/property content for social media platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Monitor and manage social media engagement by responding to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly.
- Engage with local businesses, community organizations, and relevant pages to increase brand visibility and local presence.
- Create promotional materials for community involvement and events. Maintain consistent branding across all platforms, including colors, layout, tone, and overall visual identity.
- Track weekly analytics and performance metrics, identify high-performing content, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare organized content calendars and submit drafts for approval.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent graphic design skills using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong experience in editing short-form videos and reels for social media.
- Excellent written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
