Marketing Coordinator

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator / Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced Real Estate team, focused on listing marketing from post-production to sold, social media scheduling, and coordination of all marketing deliverables. Video editing experience is required, with Photoshop/Lightroom skills and familiarity with Meta Business Suite, plus AI video tools as a bonus. Must be highly organized, a strong communicator, comfortable working remotely, and have reliable 200–300 Mbps internet.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listing & Content Marketing

● Manage listings from post-production to Just Sold

● Ensure all marketing steps are completed: photos, videos, VR tours, MLS updates,

social media posts, email marketing, and flyers

● Track listings and update platforms until sold

● Update websites and MLS with listings and media

● Share completed listings with agents/sellers


2. Social Media Management

● Schedule daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business

● Schedule weekend posts (Saturday–Monday)

● Create Just Listed, Sale Pending, and Just Sold posts

● Engage with accounts (like, comment, follow)

● Reply to messages and comments

● Update weekly social media numbers every Friday


3. Design & Marketing Support

● Create marketing materials as needed

● Manage files and assets

● Support email marketing and virtual staging

● Use AI tools to assist marketing tasks


4. Team Coordination

● Manage timelines and workflows for listings

● Coordinate with team members for photos, drone, and Matterport scheduling

● Ensure the team has all marketing assets on time


Qualifications

● Video editing experience required, with proficiency in Final Cut Pro or other video

editing tools considered a plus.

● Experience with AI video creation tools (e.g., Veo 3 or Sora 2) is a plus.

● Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Virtual Assistant, ideally in real

estate, is preferred but not required.

● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

● Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools.

● Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple listings efficiently.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Fast Internet at least 200-300 mbps required

● Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
