Our client is looking for a skilled Copywriter to create clear, engaging, and effective content across membership programs, events, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
The ideal candidate can adapt to different brand voices, develop compelling messaging, and write content that connects with the intended audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Write promotional emails, nurture sequences, landing pages, membership content, and event marketing materials.
- Develop engaging subject lines, preview text, headlines, hooks, and calls to action.
- Adapt writing styles to match the client's different brands, products, and audiences.
- Transform transcripts, interviews, notes, and other source materials into polished, accurate copy.
- Fact-check names, figures, quotes, links, offers, and deadlines.
- Manage revisions, organize drafts, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of original English marketing copy, particularly emails and landing pages.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and brand voice without sounding generic or repetitive.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Real Estate or membership marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly while maintaining originality, accuracy, and quality.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and encourage audience action.
- Ensure accuracy in messaging, promotional details, and deadlines.
