Technical VA / Automation Specialist
We’re hiring a Technical VA / Automation Specialist to support systems, workflows, and AI-driven operations. This role is built for someone who enjoys problem-solving, automation, and working behind the scenes to make processes smarter and more efficient. If you’ve built workflows, worked with AI tools like ChatGPT, and can think beyond basic tasks, we’d like to hear from you.

Required Technical Skills:
- Data entry, cleaning, and normalization
- Spreadsheet modeling and formula logic using Google Sheets or Excel
- No-code and low-code automation experience
- Ability to read structured data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML
- Experience debugging broken workflows
- Basic scripting comprehension, including reading and lightly editing Python or JavaScript
- Strong troubleshooting and self-directed problem-solving skills
- Webhook and API debugging knowledge
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including tool use, function calling, and multi-step reasoning
- Prompt engineering and system prompt design
Required Software Experience:
- Slack
- Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable AI assistants (power user level)
Nice to Have:
Technical Skills:
- Light copywriting and content drafting
- Basic knowledge of browser developer tools
- SMS/email compliance basics, including A2P, opt-in, and opt-out
- AI agent orchestration and workflow integration
- MCP architecture and server concepts
- Relational database concepts and record management
- Cloud-based tool fluency
