ai developer (VA role)
We’re hiring an AI Developer to create AI tools, automations, and LLM-powered systems for internal and client projects. Ideal candidates have experience with Python or JavaScript, AI dev tools, automation platforms, and can turn ideas into working systems fast.

Responsibilities
● Build and deploy production AI tools across both internal operations and client-facing products
● Design end-to-end automations that remove manual work across content, media, and business workflows
● Integrate LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) into internal systems, APIs, and data pipelines with a focus on reliability
● Use whatever gets the job done (Python, JavaScript, no-code platforms, vibe coding tools) to ship working software fast
● Prototype and test new AI capabilities quickly, cut what doesn't work, and double down on what does
● Collaborate with media, content, and strategy teams to identify where AI creates the most leverage
● Document what you build so the team can operate it without you in the room
Requirements
● Proven experience building and shipping AI tools or LLM-powered systems
● Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for building applications and integrations
● Hands-on experience with modern AI dev tools: Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar
● Experience with Supabase, Vercel, Git
● Experience with automation platforms: Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent
● Ability to move from idea to working system fast, with minimal hand-holding
