AI DEVELOPER
We are looking for a skilled
AI Developer (VA Role)
to build AI-powered tools, automate workflows, and develop solutions that improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience with Python, JavaScript, LLM integrations, and modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, and Claude Code. Familiarity with Supabase, Vercel, Git, Make, Zapier, or n8n is a plus. Candidates should be independent problem-solvers who can develop, test, and deploy reliable systems with minimal supervision.

About the Role
Turn AI capabilities into real, usable systems. You will build internal tools that improve operational efficiency and client-facing products that strengthen business offerings. This is a hands-on development role focused on writing code, delivering working software, and leveraging modern AI tools within a collaborative team.
What You Will Own
- Build and deploy production AI tools across internal operations and client-facing products.
- Design end-to-end automations that eliminate manual work across content, media, and business workflows.
- Integrate LLMs, including Claude and OpenAI, into internal systems, APIs, and data pipelines with a focus on reliability.
- Use Python, JavaScript, no-code platforms, and AI development tools to deliver working software efficiently.
- Prototype and test new capabilities, identify what works, and continuously improve solutions.
- Collaborate with media, content, and strategy teams to identify practical applications. Document all developments to ensure smooth team operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience building and deploying AI tools or LLM-powered systems, with proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar modern development tools.
- Experience with Supabase, Vercel, Git, and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Ability to turn ideas into functional systems with minimal supervision and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of the entire development process, including testing, deployment, and documentation.

Successfully developed tools that solve real business problems, operate reliably, and include clear documentation. Solutions should be easy for the team to use, manage, and maintain.
