Accounts Payable VA
We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to support a property management company remotely. In this role, you'll manage vendor invoices, handle payments, maintain records in AppFolio and QuickBooks Online, and coordinate closely with the CFO and external vendors. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and prior experience in accounts payable are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage a high volume of invoices across multiple vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all payables in AppFolio (or similar property management software) and QuickBooks Online.
- Collaborate regularly with the Chief Financial Officer and Accounting Team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate with vendors, reconcile statements, and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Manage payment schedules, monitor due dates, and track recurring expenses such as utilities and insurance premiums.
- Organize digital documentation and maintain an efficient virtual filing system for all financial transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or related virtual assistant role.
- Proficiency with AppFolio (or similar property management platforms) and QuickBooks Online.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial workflows with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English—high proficiency is essential.
- Prior experience dealing with a variety of vendors (e.g., maintenance providers, utilities, insurance carriers).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with financial data.
