Accounting Specialist
We are hiring a detail-oriented
Accounting Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to support a property management company remotely. Responsibilities include processing payments, preparing invoices, account reconciliations, and generating financial reports. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly Payments to Property Owners: Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payments to property owners.
- Invoice Billings: Prepare and send invoices to owners and/or tenants, ensuring all billings are accurate and timely.
- Reconciliation of Accounts: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to management and property owners.
- Excel Technology Utilization: Identify and leverage Excel and other accounting software to drive efficiencies and improve the accuracy of the accounting function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the property management industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks online.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and capabilities to include power query, pivot tables, and macros. Demonstrated ability to drive automations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
