As Realtors having a positive attitude and maintaining it is a must to keep up with your productivity levels and positive influence especially since you deal with people a lot. Behaving professionally and keep doing your work even when you really don’t feel like working (specifically on weekends) but C’est La Vie, we must go on and go on with positivity and productivity we shall!

It takes a lot of energy to ignore the whining negative and moaning that’s going on around you while holding on strong to your positivity and beliefs that you’re good enough.

If you find yourself starting to be surrounded by people who are negative in any shape or form get the heck away from their space real fast!

If necessary work from home. I realize it’s not as ‘sociable’ to work from home but it’s far more important to the success of your business to ensure you’re guarding what you let into your head. Beware also to the radio stations (or podcasts) you listen to.

I mean you can listen to the cynics and doubters and believe success is impossible or you can trust with faith and an optimistic attitude all things are possible and do something about it.

Food is also a factor in achieving a better mood for the day so eat. Eat breakfast like a king (heavy), lunch like a prince (moderate) and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card (light to none).

Instead of being disappointed about where you are, think optimistically about where you are going. What the goal really is and how you plan to get there. Don’t be too dismayed when you go online and see your colleagues achieving their goals while you’re still stuck in the office, remember your time will come for success, you just have to give yourself some time to achieve it.

Time is of the essence, it’s something we cannot and something we can’t buy and something we cannot get back so do not waste it and don’t waste your precious time and energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your time and your energy in the positive present moment.

Don’t seek happiness. Instead decide to live with passion and purpose and happiness will find you and without even knowing it you`re already living the happy life effortlessly.
